This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is issued by ZLIMSN INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. (“yilizomana”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours”) sets out how yilizomana uses and protects any information that you give us when you visit, access and/or use our websites (in both web and mobile versions), our mobile application(s) (in both iOS and Android versions), as well as any other web or mobile platforms owned, operated or managed by yilizomana (such mobile application(s) together with the websites may be collectively or individually referred to as the “Site”).
With this policy, we ensure that we gather, store and handle data fairly, transparently and with respect towards individual rights. yilizomana complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the applicable regulations, guidelines, orders, and any statutory amendments or re-enactments made thereunder from time to time (collectively referred to as the “PDPA”).
The PDPA requires us to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is being processed or that is to be collected and further processed by us and the purposes for the data processing. Source of personal data

Retention of your personal data

In this regard, depending on the extent of your withdrawal of consent for us to process your personal data, it may mean that we will not be able to continue with your existing relationship with us and/or the agreement that you have with us may have to be terminated.
